There are a number of ways of starting an interview.
The methods available to you at the time will depend on the type of survey and whether you are starting a new survey or reopening one that was previously postponed or canceled.
Starting an Open Survey
- In the Surveys list, click the New Survey icon next to the name of the survey you wish to run.
Starting a Limited Survey
In the Surveys list, click the Respondents icon next to the name of the survey you wish to run.
Find and click on respondent you wish to run the survey for.
Click the blue Run Survey button at the bottom to run the survey for that respondent.
Note: If you wish to restart a canceled or postponed survey, the methods are the same as for a limited survey.
