Pausing an Interview

If you need to pause or postpone an interview for any reason, proceed as follows:

1. Tap the Overflow icon to open the drop-down.

2. Tap "Pause Interview".

3. Type a description or reason for the postponement into the field.

4. Tap the Yes, postpone button to confirm the postponement.

Note: If you pause an interview then the respondent will be registered in the respondent list as "Postponed" along with the description you have entered. You can restart the interview by finding and tapping on the respondent in the list. You will then be taken directly to the next unanswered question in the survey.
