1: Productivity Report Overview
The Productivity Report allows you to track and evaluate interviewer activity across one or more surveys within a specific time frame. This report helps CAPI administrators and project managers assess interviewer efficiency, identify potential issues, and monitor fieldwork performance over time.
2: What You Can Do with the Productivity Report
Select Surveys: Choose one or multiple surveys to include in the report.
Filter by Date Range: Narrow down the data to a specific timeframe during which interviews were conducted.
Filter by Interview Status: Focus on specific outcomes, such as Completed, Screened, or Canceled interviews.
Filter by Interviewers: View results for one or more CAPI interviewers to compare performance or monitor progress.
Once your filters are set, click Build report to generate a detailed breakdown of interview activity.
3: Report Output
The report displays productivity statistics such as:
Survey name(s) and settings
Start and end dates
Interviewer(s) included
Interview counts per status (e.g., Completed, Postponed)
Metadata such as country, language, and device type (if applicable)
You can also choose to export the report in different formats, depending on your needs.
Tip: Use this report regularly to evaluate team performance, ensure quotas are being met, and make data-driven decisions about staffing and survey adjustments.
