1: Device Overview
The Device Overview panel provides a summary of how many device licenses are currently in use and how many are still available.
If you need more licenses, contact your Forsta account representative.
A device refers to any Windows, Apple iOS, or Android device with the CAPI App installed and activated using an activation code.
Each activated device uses one license. If all licenses are in use and an interviewer tries to activate a new device, the activation will fail. You can:
Contact your account manager to obtain additional licenses.
Identify and deactivate devices that are no longer in use.
2: Viewing the Devices List
To view all activated devices, go to Device Management and select the Devices tab.
From this view, you can:
Filter or search for devices
View device details such as name, app version, and activation code
Deactivate devices that are no longer active
3: Deactivating a Device
To deactivate a device:
Locate the device in the list.
Select the More Options icon (three dots).

Choose Deactivate. A confirmation dialog will be displayed to confirm this action.
You can also deactivate multiple devices at once:
Use the checkboxes to select multiple devices.
Click Apply to selected.
Select Deactivate from the dropdown
4: Device Details
Each device entry displays both read-only and editable details:
Device name: Automatically generated during activation, based on your company name.
App version: The installed CAPI App version.
OS: The device’s operating system.
OS Version: The version of the operating system.
Activation Code: The code used to activate the device.
