Uninstalling the app requires different steps depending if you are on an Android, iOS or Windows device.
Android Devices
On Android devices, follow these steps:
Long-press on the app icon and select Uninstall.
iOS Devices
On iOS devices, follow these steps:
Long-press on the app icon and select Delete App.
Warning: Uninstalling the app on Android and iOS devices is the same as deleting, meaning all stored data is permanently removed and can not be recovered.
Windows
To uninstall CAPI App on Windows, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Add or Remove Programs.
Note that this action only removes the application files.
If you want to also remove stored data, you need to manually find and delete the following folders:
- C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\ConfirmitCAPI
- C:\ProgramData\ConfirmitCAPI
