Signing In
Note: In the event the CAPI app is updated with important functionality or fixes that you must install, a message is displayed before the log-in page opens. Tap the OK button to update the app. On completion, proceed as normal.
Open the CAPI App from your device. If you have not yet logged in, the Sign in page will open.
Type your username and password into the appropriate fields
Tap the Sign in button.
The app opens at the Surveys page, and the Surveys list is updated.
While the page is updating, the "In progress" arrow will move across the page and the Sync icon/text in the header bar will be grayed out. On completion, any surveys currently allocated to you will be listed.
Signing Out
Note: You should always synchronize your device with the CAPI server before you log out to ensure your data is saved. To learn more, visit: Synchronizing.
When you have finished using the CAPI app you should sign out to ensure others cannot access your data.
In the upper-right corner of the screen, tap the Overflow icon.
Tap "Logout".
Tap the Yes, log out button to log out of CAPI and return to the CAPI login page.
