In the upper-right corner of the screen is the Sync icon . Tap this icon to synchronize your device with the CAPI server to update your Surveys list and transfer any respondent information from your device to the server.
In the event you have respondent data in your device that has not yet been synchronized with the server, then an icon indicating the number of respondent data sets (across all surveys) that are awaiting synchronization will be displayed with the Sync icon.
Note: The Sync icon will be grayed out while the device is syncing with the server.
