Before you are able to run the app on your device for the first time, you have to activate it.
Note: To activate the application you must have an activation code. This is created by your company’s CAPI Administrator.
To activate your device, follow these steps:
- Start the application. Upon starting, the activation page will appear:
- Select the site to which you wish to be connected and enter the activation code into the Code field. Note that the code is not case-sensitive.
- Tap the Activate button.
Once the app has been activated on a device the activation will be remembered and on subsequent use the app will go directly to the log-in page.
